Sat., Sept. 1 - Northwest Path. 8AM-10:30AM. Meet at the intersection of Merchant’s Path and Wainscott Harbor Road, Bridgehampton. A 5-6 mile hike with several hilly loops. Dai Dayton, .

Sun., Sept. 2 - Elliston Park.  9AM-11AM. Meet at Elliston Park parking lot on Millstone Brook Road, Southampton.  A 4 mile hike with some hills; views of Big Fresh and Scallop Ponds. Howard Reisman, .

Thurs., Sept. 6 - S.T.P.S. Monthly Meeting. 7PM-9PM.  Meet at the Southampton Town Hall lower meeting room. All are welcome. Glorian Berk, .

Sat., Sept. 8 - Anna and Daniel Mulvihill Preserve.10AM-Noon. Meet at Sag Harbor Industries on Bridgehampton Tpk. 4 mile hike along the Paumanok Path and the Great Swamp. Joe Lane .

Sat., Sept. 8 - Narrow Lane Clean-up.  8AM. Call Dai Dayton, .

Sun., Sept. 9 - S.O.F.O. Surprise - 8AM-10AM.  Meet at the South Fork Natural History Museum on Bridgehampton Tpk. Hike through Vineyard Field to the unknown. 4-5 miles. Dai Dayton, .

Sat., Sept 15 -Women’s Lives. 11AM-1:30PM. Take an historical tour of Sag Harbor and discover the role of women in its development. This tour is part of Sag Harbor’s 300th anniversary celebration. Meet by the windmill on Long Wharf, Sag Harbor. Annette Hinkle and Tony Garro. .

Sat., Sept 15 – Sag Harbor’s 300th Anniversary Parade.  10AM.  All are welcome to ride/walk with STPS/HOT.  Riders must be members, applications available on day of the parade.  One very special volunteer is needed to follow the riders with shovel and trash can!!  For information on meeting time and place contact Barbara Bornstein (riders) and Tony Garro (walkers).

Sun., Sept. 16 -Kayak Sag Harbor Cove. 9AM-11AM. Take Cove Road East from Noyac Road down to the water.  Bring your own kayak/canoe; life vest is a must. Sue and Ken Bieger, .

Sat., Sept. 22 - Surf and Turf. 1PM-3PM.  Meet at the parking lot next to the Waterside Condos on the corner of Noyac Road and Long Beach Road. Unique 5 mile hike through the woods then along Noyac Bay. Some hills. Bill Schildknecht, .

Sun., Sept. 23 - Long Pond Greenbelt County Park North Loop. 10AM-Noon. Come help us celebrate the Autumnal Equinox in the Greenbelt. 5 miles.  Meet at Mashashimuet Park, Sag Harbor. Tony Garro, .

Sat., Sept. 29 - Laurel Valley County Park. 10AM-Noon. Meet at the kiosk on Deerfield Road, Noyac (across from Deerwood Path). The colors should be almost at peak on this 4 mile hike through a hardwood forest. Glorian Berk, . 

Sun., Sept. 30 –Poxabogue to Otter Pond. 10AM-Noon. Meet at Mashashimuet Park, Sag Harbor.  Hike the length of the Long Pond Greenbelt County Park and see how many ponds we can identify.  6 miles, some hills.  Tony Garro .
